Innovation and ambition have always been a central part of our club, as our facilities and structures testify. This was reflected by the decision taken in 2010 to launch Cairde Screen which saw almost 200 members commit to regular financial contributions to the long-term development of our club and its facilities. This was one of the first such schemes launched by a club.
Cairde Screen has proved to have been a huge success and has helped fund and support a number of capital projects including: Fully lit walkway around perimeter of the grounds available to everyone, hurling wall, new kitchen, balcony and installation of solar panels, pitch improvements and maintenance, established state of the art High Performance Centre. During this time there has also been considerable on-field success for all codes at all age groups. This is a clear illustration that Cairde Screen has been a catalyst for success in all areas of club activity.
